Paris is an executive advisor on strategy, innovation and communication. He is a certified facilitator/coach on the BMG methodology, and a contributor in the best selling book “Value Proposition Design”.
Paris has worked across all geographies and with a wide scope of industries. His clients include among others, Microsoft, Lenovo, Motorola, Medtronic, Roche, Bayer, Audi, US Department of Energy, Battelle, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, Crowne Plaza, Abu Dhabi Chamber, Saudi Telecom, P&G, Danone, IFF, Thomson Reuters, and others.
He has co-founded a European cleantech startup accelerator and is a lead trainer for a number of EU Climate Initiative programs pertaining to entrepreneurship and innovation. Through a partnership with Climate-KIC, Paris trains and mentors 200+ cleantech startups each year leading to the world’s largest annual green business ideas competition.
His passion for startups and entrepreneurship is a catalyst to his ‘always relevant’ approach in his work with multinational corporations where he helps companies bring new products and services to the market in an lean way.
Prior to launching his own company, Paris served major Canadian organisations at a senior management level as a government lobbyist, crisis management expert, and media spokesperson. He places a heavy emphasis on organisational culture, talent management, and change; necessary precursors to innovation. Paris is known for delivering results in a “sleeves rolled-up” approach.
